Cutting through the noise with better builds for ICCAN
Challenge
As a newly established commission with a heavy subject matter, The Independent Commission on Civil Aviation Noise (ICCAN ) needed a website that was extremely user-intuitive, helping visitors get to the information they needed, fast.
The website also had to be designed with the transparency and ease of access that legally binding legislation such as the Freedom of Information (FOI) requires.
Solution
Our digital team helped to plot a site map with the ICCAN team, helping them plan where content should go, what should get priority and how users could get to it in as few clicks as possible.
