London Ambulance Service

Challenge

The London Ambulance Service wanted us to help present their refreshed vision, values and behaviours in a short animated film.

Although the visions and values have already been cascaded down through the organisation, the video was an opportunity to add freshness and momentum, demonstrate what differentiates LAS from the 10 other ambulance services in the country, and inspire colleagues in a meaningful way.

Solution

LAS have faced various service challenges over recent years – it is the people that work for the service that have held it together. This was our target audience, focusing on their dedication and selflessness.

We crafted an educational and motivational 90 second animation, establishing brand new style guidelines – this would be the first video content produced for them. We worked closely with the team to create a look and feel that they could own moving forward, that fit with the tone and ambition of the service.
