Challenge

Network Certification Body is the leading rail infrastructure assurance and certification body in the UK.

If clients engage with NCB earlier in the process to encourage a collaborative approach to certification It could potentially save projects time and money on authorisation.

Conformance Managers are holding a series of virtual roadshow with key stakeholders within Network Rail to introduce them to or remind them about NCB, the facts around project progress & risk, telling them how NCB can add value, and the benefits of engaging NCB early in the process.

Progressive Assurance Methodology ‘is a way of working with our clients that gives them more value, helps them to manage and minimize risk and it’s about helping them to achieve authorization in a more timely manner, there’s less hassle.’

The success of this campaign is dependent on people engaging with the NCB earlier on in projects and also realizing they can save time and money on projects if they engage with the NCB earlier.

Solution

An illustrative style was developed in keeping with NCB branding, APS undertook full production from script, to illustrative style frames, storyboards and full animation with accompanying voice over. To support the virtual roadshows a PowerPoint including simple animation and leaflet is also being designed and copy written by APS.
